How to pull of certain card trick?

ok my friend asked me to shuffle the deck while he asked me questions for the trick, it went 1. what are the four suits-i answered hearts, clubs, spades, diamonds. now pick two of those- hearts and diamonds-ok those are out pick one more-spades. ok thats your suit remember that its important-spades.2 ok what are the five highest scoring cards in blackjack-ace ten king queen jack. ok pick three of those- ten king queen. ok those are out pick one more- ace. ok your card is the ace of spades.3 pick a number between 1-10 ten. ok i get to draw ten cards out of the deck before i find your card, fan out the cards- so i did and he picked out ten cards and none of them were the ace of spades. he then said "ok the next card i pick will be it fan them out again- so i did and it wasnt the ace of spades. he then said that the card isnt in the deck he then pulled the ace of spades out of his pocket. i tried to figure it out and had no luck online HELP PLEASE!!!
