Which one of Shakespeare's works contains Sonnet 129?

Which one of Shakespeare's works contains Sonnet 129, in particular, this part is the part I'm interested in when he's referring to the deferral of ual satisfaction: "Enjoyed no sooner but despised straight, / Past reason hunted, and no sooner had / Past reason hated, as a swallowed bait / On purpose laid to make the taker mad". Is it found in Love's Labours Lost? If so, what Act, Scene, and line #?
