VP DEBATE: Gwen Awful SUPPLIES questions to BIDEN ahead of the Debate 2 Sell Her Book?

When a "moderator" is an admitted partisan with a FINANCIAL stake in the victory of ONE candidate, it is time to discount the fairness of the debate. It would be the same as having Jerome Corsi moderate a debate. Would the Obama campaign agree to that, or would they think that something foul was going on.
