What do you do when someone finds out you have a vibrator? Help please!?

You are a normal, healthy, ual young woman who has needs. Since you don't have a man around to help with 'urges' a vibrator is the next best thing. Your having one is nobody's business and if they mention it, ask them why they want to know. That should shut them up.
