Natural Law gives a right to life, does that not presuppose a right to die?

If nature sentences one to life here on earth, subject to all the travails and ofttimes pure D misery of said life, should not the one have a right to know what crime was committed to deserve such a sentence; and in lieu of knowledge of the crime, would not a balance and the basic idea of fairness, require an accompanying right to die. The idea of a God is pure-human supposition; that is, of course, a fact. Therefore, I would ask for a rational answer rather than one based on such a supposition. And, taking advantage of an opportunity to ask two questions for a mere 5 points, would governmental laws enacted on a purely religious basis, be a violation of the separation of church and state. I do not support antidisestablishmentarianism; do you?
