What is wrong with my back?
Recent mri scan detects.."a thoracic disc herniation at T7-8 in a right paracentral disctribution which is ociated with some flatttening of the cord...at level L4-5 there is some reduction in disc height and hydration with a left paracentral disc herniation which marginally impinges upon the existing left fifth lumbar nerve root...scar tissue extending around the left S1 nerve root in lateral recess"...I am in agony sitting and walking and have been suffering for the last six months...weekly osteopathy eases pain for a few hours but this is costly...can anyone explain this scan as doctors are very vague ..anyone got any advise on this and how to manage my daily life with less pain.
