What Objects Do We Have Absolute Ownership Over in the US?

or having possession of something that didnt require some sort of licensce for it use.....computer software we buy isnt technically ours..you buy a license to use that companys product upon purchasing said item.....same thing with sports, movie, and concerts...you cant even own the ticket cause if you read the back its actually a just a license to attend said event..houses and cars and thier own restrictions as well.. im not saying everything is but what are some that arent???
